A Spinal Energetics practitioner communicates with the clients Nervous System, energetic centers (Chakras), and the energetic layers—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, & soul. This means we are working with the sum total of all that you are and all that you came here to do. Each person holds their own unique medicine. A Spinal Energetics practitioner is solely a facilitator in a persons own process of unwinding and allowing. Through intention, sound, and light touch (and often no touch), a natural flow of energy begins to unravel. By reinstating the mind-body connection, internal and external movements are signifiers of the body, mind, and spirit beginning to express, unwind, release tension, move through resistance, and allow emotions pass through the body without having to conceptualize.
